Webinar feedback survey is not loading after upgrade to version 3.0.0

Hello Team,

Webinar feedback survey is not loading after upgrade to version 3.0.0. The survey form is loading fine in Meeting SDK version 2.18.2 but upgrade to version 3.0.0 break the custom survey form added to webinar through patch /webinars/{webinarId}/survey. We are getting browser console error.
