Webinar moderation: moving messages between Chat and Q&A

It would be a very useful feature, if the Hosts (as moderators) could move messages from Chat to Q&A and vice versa in Webinar mode.

This would help the participants to understand the difference between these two discussion forms, as most people intuitively use Chat also for questions even when Q&A is enabled in Webinars
