Webinar Participant data (join time, leave time and duration)

Hi team,

If the participants drops off and joins the webinar again and again, what will be the join time? Will the join time = the first time participant joined the webinar or will it be the latest time stamp? How about the duration - Will it be the total duration or would it reflect the duration only for the latest instance?

Hey @msoi,

Thanks for clarifying, if the dropped user rejoins, they will be listed twice in the Webinar Participants report / dashboard endpoint with their join and leave time of each time they joined and left.
