Websdk Participants not able to view

In web SDK version 2.3.0 I am not able to view participants. when clicked on the participant’s icon entire screen is getting black. When I installed the previous version 2.2.0 it is working fine.

Please let me know if I am missing something in the latest version.

The latest version of the SDK is now 2.9.7, please can you try upgrading from 2.3.0 and see if the issue persists? There have been multiple bug fixes since your version of the SDK.
