on the Chatbot app , there is an option called welcome message,
When will this message be sent ? on Local test or on Production Install and
Will this message be sent to all the users on the account ?
If it will be sent to all the users on Local test - Is there a way to restrict this

The Welcome Message is only sent to the person who installed the Chatbot app on either Local Test or Production.
