Can a free account somehow get a list of participants?

We recommend using a Pro or an above level plan to use our APIs and SDKs. When you go to our API documentation for a specific API endpoint, it will tell you whether you require a certain license to use that endpoint (for e.g: to use webinar APIs, you need a Pro or an above level plan with the webinar option enabled).
