About Paid Plan using api

Hi, I have a question.

For example, for api that can only be used with a paid plan, like List Meeting Participants endpoint.

Are paid plan api endpoints only available if the zoom app developer’s account is paid? Or does the account of the user who installs the zoom app need to be paid?

I am assuming the former, but just checking to make sure.

Correct, paid plan API endpoints are available if the Zoom app developer’s account is paid. The account of the user who installs the Zoom app does not need to be paid.
