What is the difference between "Fully Customizable" SDK and Client Web SDK?

I am confused about the differences between these two and which one I should use.

My use case is to create meeting rooms on the fly either from the client browser or with the help of a server process. But the meeting needs to take place in the browser.

Which SDK suites my scenario better and why?
