When I re-submit my app for review again, can users use it continuously/

I already have an app on zoom marketplace and it is already reviewed,
But now I would like to re-submit my app for review again because my app needs to be added some Scopes.
I am afraid my users will not able to use my app until app review is completed again. Please let me know how my app will be, thank you.
