If we choose to opt out of access from the EU for an app that is already published on the marketplace, do we need to resubmit?
Or is simply turning off this toggle sufficient?
If resubmission is required, I would like to proceed, but the domain verification via TXT record is failing. As discussed in other threads, I would like to request manual domain verification.
Since the deadline is approaching:
- If resubmission for opt-out is necessary, I would appreciate support with domain verification.
- If resubmission is not required, I would like confirmation of that as well.

This email seems to be instructing us to submit for review.
It appears to contradict your previous response—could you please check again?

That was a mistake on my end submission is required even with the opt out, I just misread the instructions for this specifically its not my area of strength.
