When setting up a webhook, I want to set it so that only specific groups can use it.

It is a server-to-server oauth app, and I selected the Only users added this app option on the screen for adding a webhook, but the input box for entering a user or group is not visible.

Doesn’t it provide that functionality? If you don’t provide it, I wonder why you even had the option.

I believe we are working on a fix on this issue, there is no way to set up groups so specific users can add the app.
If you are looking to do so, then I would suggest you to work with a User level General app
