My issue is the following:
When we connect Zoom and Pardot, we see that users are reported as “no show” before the event event starts.
The issue has been reported in the past (see Pardot API integration moved registrants to "no shows" before webinar happened and Pardot API integration moving registrants to 'No Show' list before the webinar has happened), but we are uncertain understanding, if there is a solution of this.
Could you please let me know?
