Which permissions do i need for a zoom app (for recordings completed in boost.space)

I wanna create an app to get a completed recording in boost.space (similar to make).

But when i create the app i get this:

  • Account Management › View and Edit “Phone System Integration”

  • User and Permission Management ›
    View and Edit “role.permission.resource.Division”

  • role.permission.category.kiwi.UserManagement ›
    View “role.permission.resource.kiwi.AccountSettingManagement”

But i already have ALL permissions that are possible. (i wanted to upload a picture to proof this, but that isnt possible in this forum..why?)

so what do i have to do, to get the app to work?
so what else do i need?

I tried it again with the owner-account. With the masteraccount I have all rights (i suppose.!?) but it still does NOT work. i do not get the message about specific rights (because of the scopes) but i get the general message: you cant install the app, because you dont have the rights.

Well its the owner-accounts I already gave myself all rights.!? so no idea why it isnt working.?

no i dont think we have a phone license, we dont use this feature (not sure what the feature really is, to be honest). i think we have 10 pro plans or a team-pro plan.

@elisa.zoom what for do i need that? i ONLY want my recordings automatically send somewhere else. nothing more.

I just asked about the phone license because you referenced the Phone System management in your initial post

  • Account Management › View and Edit “Phone System Integration”

But if you are only looking to save meeting recordings, then you should be able to leverage the Get Meeting Recordings endpoints

well, but also if i do not use “phone system integration” it wont work. Another thing, it seems that i cant do anything right know, because if i create a new app i get always this:

The problem here is that we are not the developer for the boost.space
Have you reached out to them to help you troubleshoot this?

It looks like your authorization is failing and not passing the right value of the authorization_code. Make sure to reach out to them so they can help you troubleshoot this
