We have observed an issue where, during live classes, when the whiteboard feature is shared by the host, an extra black screen appears on the candidate’s side.
This issue has been consistent across multiple sessions and does not seem to originate from our platform. We suspect this may be related to how Zoom handles the whiteboard rendering during live sharing.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Start a live Zoom session.
- The host shares the whiteboard.
- On the candidate’s screen, an extra black overlay appears.
Expected Behavior:
The whiteboard should appear without any additional black overlay on the candidate’s screen.
Actual Behavior:
A black screen is displayed on the candidate’s view when the whiteboard is shared.

(Attach screenshots or screen recordings demonstrating the issue, such as the one you provided.)
Environment Details:
- Zoom Version: Meeting SDK Angular:- 3.11.2
Priority: High (since it impacts the user experience during live sessions).
