Will changing the Redirect URL for OAuth require an upgrade submission?

I still get the Invalid Redirect error on some users and when not logged in to Zoom yet.

Can you please provide a screenshot of this error? Which request is the error coming from, the authorize url, or the POST request to get an access token?
