Will the Zoominfo add-on work on Zoom Sub Accounts on the Zoom Emterprise

We have a Zoom sub account and the user would like to use the Zoominfo add-on .

I am not familiar with this add-on and it does not appear in the market place.

We are using the Enterprise platform, if anyone can add any details on this topic it wold be appropriated.
