you already have other meetings in progress

hello, I have a zoom pro account that is integrated into my school application, and when 2 teachers create different meetings, I get the following message

“You already have other meetings in progress”

Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum. I would first confirm that the teachers don’t have recurring meetings that are ongoing while they attempt to create a meeting. You can also verify what meetings are started by navigating the Dashboard tab in the Zoom portal.

If that doesn’t help, please provide more information on how the meetings are being created. If you aren’t using the API to create them, this may be something that our Customer Support can assist you with better.
