Zoom API live error

Hi

I am creating an API from the link below. He’s working. But in Locale.

the https://marketplace.zoom.us/develop/apps/y4wn6n09teec5ephxpyj/informatio

But when I get it live, that is to compedubox.com, it doesn’t work.

Does this have a setting? Could you help.

Hey @hasanongan, thanks for posting and using Zoom!

Can you clarify your question? I don’t understand.

If you are trying to livestream, please see this document: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360028478292-Streaming-a-Meeting-or-Webinar-on-YouTube-Live

Thanks,
Tommy

Hi @tommy,

I am communicating with API while working in local.

But I’m throwing website files into hosting. I cannot communicate with the API from the website. Why this problem may be caused.

https://zoom.us/profile/setting - I use key and secret here, it doesn’t work.

https://marketplace.zoom.us/develop/apps/Y4wn6N09Teec5EPHXpyJ/credentials - Likewise, I use API key and API Secret here. Not working. The code here is working local.

How can I solve this problem.

Hey @hasanongan,

What is the error message you are seeing? Please share screenshot.

Thanks,
Tommy

Hi @tommy,

Did you understand the problem?

How can I debug the code in hosting? So I can’t show an error.

We can provide a faster solution to this problem by connecting with teamviewer. Is this possible.

Hey @hasanongan,

Can you share a screenshot of what you are trying to do?

Thanks,
Tommy

Hi @tommy,

My goal is to open a live broadcast from my project and connect to zoom with API.

I use the api below website.

Integration Authentication
key: “Key”
Secret: “Secret”

I’m querying this way But I get 401 error Unauthorized.
