We built an integration with Zoom Events to sync data in a custom internal portal once someone registers for Zoom event ; zoom events are different products with different API structures
What we are looking for:
- An API endpoint to cancel or delete an order in Zoom Events programmatically.
- From our investigation, deleting a ticket via the API requires the associated order to be cancelled first. However, there is currently no API contract available to cancel an order — this can only be done manually through the Zoom Events web interface, which is not viable for our integration.
- Standard validation support on Zoom Events registration forms to ensure data integrity between Zoom Events and our internal portal.
Could you please re-review our request in the context of Zoom Events specifically and advise on:
- Whether an order cancellation API exists that we may have missed?
- If not, is this planned, and what is the expected timeline?
- Any recommended workaround in the interim?
