we have a trial account and this used to work for us previously? did the account requirements for this API change recently?

Hi @dalex the host for the meeting must be licensed. Can you confirm that is the case here? What does your trial license cover?

how do we determine if the zoom account is licensed or not?

Interesting, we’re seeing the same issue on our end. This used to work fine with trial accounts wondering if Zoom changed the access policy recently. Would be great to get some clarity on this from their team.
