Zoom app approval process - any way to expedite?

We’ve been working through the marketplace approval process for our Zoom app for the last month or so, and had planned our application launch for 4/23 coming up in a few days.

The application process has been much slower than anticipated, worsened by the automatic rejection recently due to term changes.

We’re now faced with having to delay our launch, and I was curious if there is any way to expedite the final steps of the review - we’re now into security review, and it’s seeming unlikely we’ll get across on time.

Anything that can be done about this?

For future submissions, it’s very helpful if you can include your target launch date in the release notes so our reviewers can be aware and plan accordingly.

Could you please share the name of your app? I’d be happy to check on its current status and see if there’s anything we can do to help move things along.

Thank you so much, Catalina! Our product launch is planned for this Wednesday morning - 4/23 - with a large email blast to a few hundred thousand contracts.

The name of the app submission request is “Leadr Notetaker”.
