Expediting approval process

Hi Zoom App verification team ,

We have submitted our Zoom app (name: Rollout) for the approval. An important customer is waiting on the approval to share our app with their users. The review had been delayed because of a technical issue on Zoom’s end (https://support.zoom.us/hc/requests/14491878).
Is there anything I can do to help expedite the approval process at this point?
