Zoom surface app (Next.js) published through ISV account.
Description
Apps button is not visible in Zoom meetings when users join via join_url while logged into their personal Zoom accounts (outside of your ISV account). However, the Apps button appears correctly when users are logged out of the web portal. This issue is affecting your production environment.

Account level settings for Zoom Apps Quick Launch Button are enabled for both the ISV account and the personal Zoom account.
We contacted Zoom support (premium) and they closed the ticket saying this is a configuration issue. Ticket number: TS2256271
How To Reproduce
- Schedule a meeting using custCreate user (API user) and obtain the join_url.
- Use a free or account outside of the ISV account to log into zoom .com in web browser and Zoom desktop client (latest version)
- Click the join_url and launch the meeting.
- “Apps” button won’t show up in the meeting.
- Leave the meeting. Now log out from the web browser but stay signed in with Zoom desktop client.
- Click join_url again to launch the meeting.
- “Apps” button shows up.
