Zoom App not receiving webhooks for most users

Description
My Meeting SDK App isn’t sending meeting created webhook for most users.

When testing with my own Zoom account we receive the webhooks as expected, so it appears the app’s notification URL etc are configured correctly.

But for other users, we just don’t receive any webhooks when meetings are created.

Error?
There’s no error visible, simply no webhooks received for some Zoom users.

How To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Users authenticate to my app via Recall.ai managed OAuth
  2. User’s current meetings can be read successfully
  3. User creates a new Zoom meeting
  4. No webhook notification or error is received at the configured URL
    • (for most users, when I test this flow with my own Zoom account we do receive the webook)
