Zoom Apps Invite doesn't get sent in Zoom Webinar

Hello, we’ve encountered an issue in Zoom Webinar where the Zoom Apps invite doesn’t get sent to the attendees who join in later given that the host has already sent the app to participants once. Here is the scenario we encountered:

  1. Attendee 1 joins the webinar
  2. Host sends the app to all participants. Attendee 1 gets the app invite.
  3. Attendee 2 joins the webinar
  4. When host clicks the app invite icon and selects All Participants once again, they receive a prompt saying that The app has already been shared with participants.
  5. Attendee 2 does not receive the app invite.

Could someone help look into this issue?

To add on, we sometimes see this screen saying that Your host has changed chat permissions which prevents you from sending this app - even though the host took no such action.

@so-young - From the screenshot below, it seems the host is disabled in-meeting chat. Are there other users reporting this issue?

    hi @so-young, can u confirm that the attendee 2 is a login user (with zoom app feature disable on web setting)or not? if he is a logined user, u can log out to join the meeting again and repeat the step 4? thanks a lot
