Zoom webhook API not receiving events.

Hi All, our org hosts multiple workshops (meetings) per day. And we have a webhook setup within our zoom account for years, and it has been accepting the incoming participation events (participation_joined, registration_created …etc).

However, this webhook was created by someone is no longer in the org. And we have no way of identifying the app within our org zoom account.

The issue now that our API has stopped receiving webhook events for 2 days now, which affects our business model significantly.

The API on our end that is responsible to receive the webhook events have not been changed, nor our account settings. And the events basically dropped since 9/2.

The question is, how can we identify where the webhook is configured within our org account? And is it possible to do so if the developer who configured the webhook is no longer within our org?

@elisa.zoom can you provide any guidance or recommendations? If we transfer ownership of the two apps the developer created, which we are unsure if these are the webhooks, is there anything we’ll need to do afterward? cc: @Mutaz-Alzir.ww
