Zoom Click to dial not working in salesforce Lightning

The Click to dial feature is not working in salesforce lighting experience.
The phone numbers are not clickable when signed into zoom via the salesforce interface.

Login to Zoom via the softphone in salesforce
Click on phone #

No this not a big issue some time it s bet issue clera cokies i also havre face this issue when i was working on client project it will be solve clear cookies and again sign up

Can you please try the following:

  1. Sign out of the phone first and go to this document to configure the openCTI adapter url:

    Configure Zoom Phone in Salesforce - Zoom Phone Configuration - Installation and Configuration - Salesforce

  2. Click the link to get the url:

  3. Configure the open CTI adapter url:
