I might not be in the right section for support here but wanted to post anyway. Please feel free to remove or message me with the correct process. I opened a case with Zoom support but attempted making a developer case that was immediately closed. I reopened a new case to technical support.
When selecting the Contact Center window the Zoom Client screen size if maximized is reduced. The windows icon used to maximize or restore size continues to display the restore icon instead of the maximize icon. The window thinks it is still maximized. IMO this is high priority because anyone using and experiencing this could be sharing their screen to a potential client. Along with the frustration it could lead to for busy agents needing to go through multiple tabs regularly.
