Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Not able to join meeting

Device (please complete the following information):

  • Device: [e.g. Macbook Pro]

  • OS: Mac

  • Browser: Chrome, firefox

  • Browser Version
    Chrome version : 121.0.6167.139

@sudhakar ,

Do you have a longer console error?
The websocket error is common, and should not be the main cause of meeting join failure

But this is the only error which I am getting in console.

@sudhakar any other errors or prompts on on the web UI?

SDK keeps trying to join but after few second it shows “Fail to join meeting”.

Note : I have entered the correct meeting id and password. I have tried to run page on windows chrome browser it works fine but did not work in my mac device with latest version of chrome
