Zoom Controls Overlapped by Toolbar on Mobile Browsers (Android & iOS)

Hi everyone,

I’m embedding the Client View SDK (meeting sdk version 3.11.2) into my app, and I’m running into a UI issue when accessing it from a mobile device (both Android and iOS). During a meeting, the Zoom controls are either hidden or overlapped by the browser’s toolbar.

This happens on Chrome (Android) and Safari (iOS).

While some users might be able to manually enter full-screen mode or hide the toolbar, I’d prefer not to rely on users to fix this manually, since many may not know how — or may not realize it’s an option at all.

My question:
Is there any way to force or configure the SDK to open in full-screen mode automatically, either programmatically or through a browser or platform-specific configuration?

Any recommendations, best practices, or workarounds would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

NOTE: I tried with the snippet included in the thread below, but it didn’t work:

“How to Automatically Trigger Fullscreen Mode in Zoom Meeting SDK (Client View) Without User Interaction?”

Hi. I didn’t receive any reply yet.
Any help?

Any answer or recommendation?
