Zoom Conversation Processing Analysis Incomplete After 3+ Months

I’m attempting to ingest Zoom Conversation data using the Zoom Revenue Accelerator API, specifically, the Conversation Details endpoint

I’m seeing some conversations IDs that are returning the following message:

{'code': 5004, 'message': 'This conversation will be available after the processing analysis is completed'}

This is surprising, since all of the examples I’ve seen so far are conversations that occurred in December last year. Can anyone shed some light on why the processing is not completed for conversations that occurred 3+ months ago?
