Error code 300 | Conversation content analysis API

I am trying to get data from ZRA ‘conversation content analysis’ API but getting an Internal server error:

{‘code’: 300, ‘message’: ‘Internal Server error’}

API - /zra/conversations/{conversationId}/content_analysis

What could be the issue and workaround?
