Zoom custom live streaming not working, Stuck in preparing state

Description
When trying to start custom live streaming, Zoom UI keeps showing “preparing” but doesn’t work.

Error?
It shows “Preparing” and then after some time UI shows that it was unable to start live streaming.

How To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add custom live streaming url
  2. start custom live streaming.

I can provide the live streaming url in DM if needed.

Have you tried testing the custom streaming URL and key directly in a tool like OBS Studio or on the streaming platform (e.g., YouTube Studio) to see if they work outside of Zoom? This could help narrow down whether the issue is with Zoom or the streaming service itself.

I did also want to mention that Recall.ai can provide an alternative solution. The Recall.ai Zoom bot can send can send an RTMP stream of your meeting to your chosen destination, which could be a workaround for you here.

Its working with ffmpeg and OBS but not working through zoom.
