Zoom Developer Changelog: SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES is not sending updates

I’m not getting emails about updates in the changelog.

How To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/changelog
2. Subscribe to email updates using the [Subscribe to updates] top right button.

I’ve subscribed twice months ago and never got an email.

Please, do not provide alternatives to that functionality as my point here is to have this fixed.
