I’m using Zoom SDK web client, can I distribute the meetings on several agents?
Example:
We have one public website, there’s one screen for the online customers, multiple customer will create meeting for doing some business, backend agent will answer the calls. Is there’s any feature to distribute the meeting on several employees?

This is definitely possible! You’ll essentially want your back-end to determine what agent should receive the meeting. You can then use the Create a Meeting API to create the meeting for that user.
Please note, this would only apply to meetings. The steps are different if you are referring to Zoom Phone Calls.
