Zoom downloaded as html text and I have O coding experience HELP

Description
I’m trying to access a zoom file from March, but it downloaded as a zip file and I can only see it in HTML. I tried copy-pasting links that look like the zoom link, but they keep saying there’s an error and that the recording doesn’t exist.

Error
I’d upload screenshots, but I don’t wanna accidentally reveal private info as I literally have no idea what I’m doing.

Which App Type (OAuth / Chatbot / JWT / Webhook)?
I’m assuming that JWT or Webhook could help me? I just need it broken down in code for idiots/absolute beginners.

Additional context
Honestly, a two-minute youtube link or a quick zoom would do me good.
