Zoom events missing

I am getting no zoom events when using vendor’s PROD token; however when I use our token I am getting events such as: “meeting.ended” , “meeting.started”, etc.

On Prod using vendor’s Prod token I am seeing some vendor’s zoom room alerts of zoom rooms getting online that was dated today (13th).

Any idea how to solve this issue?
