Zoom for Lightning (SF) - Automatically tie Engagement Contact / Case to last clicked record

Hello, I hope this is the correct place to request this feature but please let me know if not :slight_smile:

We recently installed Zoom for Lightning in the SF org I am admin for, and we have the following use case that I am hoping makes sense as a possible feature request:

While an agent is in an engagement with a customer (in our case, a phone call, and we are using the Zoom Contact Center product if that is helpful) - as the agent clicks on contact or case records in Salesforce, it would be nice / more productive for our agents if the dialer could โ€˜listenโ€™ to these records the agent is looking through in the UI and automatically update / link the respective Task (i.e. the Engagement, its the info you see when you click the clipboard in the dialer) Contact or Case fields with the last contact / and or case record the agent has viewed in Salesforce.

This seems to make sense as an option / enhancement because once the agent has found the contact and / or case they are looking for, they would be working off of these records during the engagement, and if the Engagement could automatically be linked to these records, it would save them time from having to manually link them, and would prevent them from forgetting to do this.
