Just to add, we also tested it on Zoom Sample Web App and we got the same behavior so please check.

Hi @donte.zoom,

Could you please check this issue reported by @jserrano?

Thanks,
Lara

Up,

@donte.zoom this is still bugged in 2.4.5

@donte.zoom
Do you have any updates on this ticket?

Regards,
Lara

@lfrancia, @jserrano , @cmackenzieson2 ,

Thank you for the tag @lfrancia! I will work to reproduce and create a bug ticket if needed. In the meantime, please let me know if you already submitted a support ticket for this matter.

Hi @donte.zoom ,

Here is the support ticket that we submitted for this issue. https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/14681337

Thanks, @lfrancia! I will look into this and create a bug ticket for reproducible!

Hi @donte.zoom,

Zoom support repeatedly asked us to test it on Web SDK 2.5.0 because they said they have already fixed it and they “tested” it. But, when we finally found time to test it, it is not fixed at all. Could you please check with them again?

Cheers,
Lara

hi,
I dont know if it the original error, but with Web SDK 2.5.0 “I am away” don’t work

I have launched a meeting between “Zoom …” and our SDK 2.5.0 solution and clicked “I am way” on both sides

Zoom …” (Firefox): everything is ok (teacup twice and text once)

with SDK 2.5.0 (Chrome): no indicator of “I am away” (no teacup and no text)

Hey @j.schoenemeyer ,

Correct, we were not able to squeeze it into the 2.6.0 release, but are working to include it in the next release this month.

Thanks,
Tommy
