Thanks for the reply. I am still confused about which version are you referring to.
As per Ionic’s release note: https://ionicframework.com/docs/release-notes, their latest version number is: 4.4.2. They just announced Ionic CLI 5 on June 4, but in their announcement blog(https://ionicframework.com/blog/ionic-cli-v5-brings-react-beta-support/), it says:
Our Ionic SDK is designed to support up to Ionic 3. So all versions after Ionic 3 are not supported at this point.
