Whenever I open the Zoom app ( JobTwine AI Copilot )created from the Marketplace on Mac, I encounter the error: “Something went wrong, please contact support.” The issue appears to be specific to Mac devices, as the same app works correctly on Windows.
I also tested by changing the Surface URL to a different endpoint (including a static site like google , and other static jobtwine websites ), and the issue does not occur in that case. This suggests the problem may be related to how the app or its configured URL behaves on Mac.

I suggest you contact them directly for support and if they have questions, they can contact us.

The given support thread , we have raised the query multiple times with the support team , But we haven’t heard back yet .
Please help us / point us to steps we can take to enable any app working in Zoom macbook .
Even if i change the surface to something basic like ( google . com / jobtwine . com ) the app itself is crashing as soon as it’s opened.
