Happy to hear your app has been approved and it is now available in the Marketplace!
I believe if you want to add scopes to your application you will need to submit your app for update review and the timing might be shorter since your app is already published in the marketplace.
If you submit your app for update review and once it gets approved, the current users will need to reauthorize the app because of the added scopes but while the review is happening, the usage of the app won’t be affected.
