Our product uses MeetingSDK for several years. Is has been disabled and our customers urgently require it to be enabled. This product allows seniors with dementia or disabled people in general to join Zoom meetings on their TVs.
We misunderstood some communications from Zoom and our ‘app’ was disabled. Our marketplace app was just a placeholder for OAuth integration, which we only used to START meetings. It wasn’t necessary for our users and we removed the use of OAuth from our platform. We thought the notices were to disable that OAuth app and were fine with that. However, the day arrived and our app for JOINING does not work anymore!
Is there a way to fast track getting it re-enabled? Even just a temporary reprieve while we go back through any testing required?

Greeting and welcome , @Onscreen ,
Sorry to hear about this! I am happy to help resolve this matter. As a first step, I’d like to gather some details about your account and the app. I will send you a DM requesting this information and also include my scheduler if you’d like to book a meeting with me.
Hi Donte, thanks! I’m looking for where to find the DM, you can also email me at jerry at onscreeninc dot com
Thank you Donte! Our app is enabled again and we are going to work with the security team to review any issues outstanding.
Zoom has been extremely effective in resolving this with us, thank you to everyone at Zoom.
Hello @Onscreen

Please let me know if you have any other issues.
