Does creating meetings using the Zoom API trigger notifications for the user either in-App or via email? And if so, is there a setting to turn those notifications off when making API calls?

Creating meetings via the Zoom API does not send an email, unless you add a registrant to a meeting that has registration required, and is a recurring meeting.
