This is Jay —m) with Panopto, Inc. I’m a Product Manager and manage integrations with Panopto.
We have 1000’s of users in EU unable to use the Panopto app at the moment. We believe it is because we needed to submit an updated app to the Zoom Marketplace to comply with EU’s DSA.
We just submitted the updates early this morning and understand it can take several days to process the . I wanted to reach out to see if there is anyway you can help expedite the request given we have upwards of 40 mutual customers in an outage state. I submitted ticket-- with Support for help as well.
Can you help expedite the app review / approval?
