Zoom Phone API - is it possible to schedule phone callback or call a phone number using Zoom Phone API

One of my customers has a Zoom Phone system.
What they are trying to achieve is to be able to start a phone call programmatically (using API) or let the agent (which has a phone number assigned) know that he has to call a specific phone number (phone callback).

I looked into the Zoom Phone API but I do not see any endpoints to perform this action.

Could you let me know if i am missing something?

Thanks for reaching out to Developer Support! You are actually not missing out, currently we do not have an endpoint that supports making phone calls neither to let the agent know when they have to make a specific call.
