Shared line group as member of call queue

Some users of our customer has not an assigned assistant. When one of these users receives a call and the user is bussy or “on a call” this call overflows to a call queue. In the office they work there are some recepcionists with a shared line group. These recepcionists usually covers different time windows.

Shared lice group can be added as member of a call queue.

Describe alternatives you’ve considered
Another solution could be two users can share their personal extension and this isers sharing the personal extension (not a shared line group) cann be added as members to que call queue.
