I would like to ask whether there is any API or webhook event available to receive Zoom Phone’s call live transcription in a 3rd Party system?

Yes, Zoom Phone provides a recording.completed webhook event that includes the transcription_url when a call recording finishes. You can use this to sync the audio and transcription into your third-party system.

We use this flow: once the webhook fires, we pull the recording and transcription from the provided URLs and sync them into our system.

I think you are looking for a live transcript. That I do not believe is out yet, and I can not confirm this will be available.

Zoom has only just released limited live transcript access to meetings via RTMS.
