I have “Call recording transcription is complete” web hook enabled and call transcription enabled in the account. I turned on call transcription and told it to be automatic in the future.
The web hook isnt firing and I cant find where to see if the full transcript is being saved or captured. VM transcription works without an issue.
Hi @matthew.mathis, it sounds like you have webhooks working for VM transcription but the phone call recording transcription is not
One thing to check is, in addition to enabling webhooks in your Zoom app, you’ll also need to subscribe to specific phone call events. Once subscribed, you should be able to receive phone call webhooks events
