I can't get a transcription of my call recording from Zoom Phone API

Download a phone recording transcript



When I call Download a phone recording transcript API it returns an error that Admin has disabled this transcription..

The error message says that transcription is disabled, but I have enabled all transcription settings.
The following documents have been set as a reference.

I’m still guessing that something is missing, but what kind of operation is missing?

When I checked again, I found that the setting for the function to enable some transcriptions in the administrator account was missing.

After enabling this setting, I am now able to get transcription responses.
